Isn't the internet terrific? I've met some wonderful people online who have touched my heart with love and beauty.
One of these special friends is a woman named Shirley Lemons. She wrote this poem for me. Sadly, she is now in a nursing home with a very serious medical problem.
Because of our dear friendship, I have learned the timeless power of words.
Shirley, you will always have a place in my heart.

A Bond of Three
A bond of three
God arranged for us to meet online and little by little our friendship has grown.
We know each other 's souls and often the words are not needed
for the understanding is there.
Our love has grown as we shared this time around His word
and now we are joining hearts in prayer.
God joins and we are a bond of three.

You know what's weird? I looked up Shirley on google. And surprise, I found this! Shirley's my mom. Yep, this is Lisa, and I'm assuming this is Joyce due to your screen name.
I realize you have no way to contact me and I'm not going to give my email address on google but I do still have yours so I'll drop a line soon.
Lisa, I'm so glad you left a comment. Please know that I pray for your mom daily and I really miss our email conversations. She truly left on a mark on my heart.
It's Lisa again.
My mom is doing alright, she was recently diagnosed with pneumonia but apparently she's all better, which makes me happy beyond reason. Other then that she's keeping those nurses on their toes.
Thank you so much for your prayers and I'm glad my mother could impact your life. I'd have to say she's done the same to mine!
